On October 9th, 2016 our return window ended and we no longer accept items for returns/refunds. Items returned for a refund at this time will be refused and sent back to you.

- If your order was after that date, you have ordered from one of our affiliate partners, not Backcountry K-9 directly. Please contact the company you placed the order with for their return information.

I ordered from you in the past and need to make a warranty claim. Can you help?

- Absolutely. Please email a picture of the damage along with your order number and name to info@backcountryk9.com.

My dog chewed up his new gear. Can I send it back?

- Sorry, we can't cover that damage.
